ST-ABLE is derived from the Vietnamese “phản” - a device that plays multiple roles in forming daily rituals of traditional Vietnamese domestic landscape.

ST-ABLE is a bespoke 9-square grid with one deformed line, that was defined by its physical space, but also generate endless configurations for specific situations.

ST-ABLE transform a space by moving and stacking to form stools, tables, storages, plinths etc. offering a variety of activities and lifestyles to unfold within one space.
